What is IncentIA

IncentIA is a SaaS loyalty and gamification platform designed to help brands, retailers, and businesses build lasting relationships with their customers. Key Concepts

Before getting started, it is helpful to know some terms you will use frequently on the platform:

Tenant (account)

Each company or organization using IncentIA has its own tenant. It is a completely separate space with its own data, members, programs, and settings. If you manage multiple brands, each one will have its own tenant.

Loyalty Program

A program is the framework that defines how your customers earn rewards. It can be points, cashback, or stamps based. Each tenant can have one or more active programs.

Member

A member is a customer who has signed up for your loyalty program. Members earn points, level up, redeem rewards, and participate in campaigns.

Points (program currency)

Points are the virtual currency your members earn when making purchases or completing actions. You decide what they are called (points, stars, coins...) and how much they are worth.

Tiers (levels)

Tiers allow you to segment your members based on their activity. For example: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier can offer exclusive benefits.

Campaign

A campaign is a promotional action with a start and end date. It can include games (spin the wheel, scratch card, trivia), points multipliers, or special rewards.

Reward

A reward is what the member receives when redeeming their points or winning a game. It can be a physical product, a digital discount, an experience, or anything you define.

B2B vs B2C Model

IncentIA operates on a B2B2C model:

  • B2B: Your company (the tenant) subscribes to IncentIA as a platform. From the admin panel, you configure everything: programs, campaigns, rewards, rules.
  • B2C: Your customers (the members) interact with the program through the member portal, a branded web experience where they earn points, play games, and redeem rewards.
