Loyalty Program Types
IncentIA lets you create three types of loyalty programs. Each one is designed for different business models and goals. You can have multiple active programs at the same time.
Points Program
The most versatile and popular type. Members earn points with each purchase or action, and redeem them for rewards from the catalog.
Ideal for:
- Stores with frequent purchases or medium-to-high average tickets
- Brands that want a varied rewards catalog
- Businesses looking to gamify the experience with tiers and campaigns
How it works:
- You define a conversion ratio (for example, 1 point per euro)
- Members earn points when they buy or complete actions
- When they have enough points, they redeem them for rewards
- You can combine with tiers and multipliers
Example: A clothing store awards 1 point per euro. When a customer reaches 500 points, they redeem them for a 10-euro discount voucher.
Cashback Program
Members earn a percentage of their purchases as credit they can use on future purchases.
Ideal for:
- eCommerce and online stores
- Businesses with margins that allow returning a percentage
- Customers who value a direct financial benefit
How it works:
- You define a cashback percentage (for example, 5% of each purchase)
- The balance accumulates automatically in the member's account
- The member can use their balance as a discount on their next purchase
- You can set a minimum balance for redemption
Example: An online supermarket returns 3% of each purchase. A customer who spends 200 euros per month accumulates 6 euros they can use on their next order.
Stamps Program
Members collect digital stamps with each visit or purchase. When they complete the card, they receive a reward.
Ideal for:
- Coffee shops, restaurants, and frequent-visit businesses
- Businesses that want to replace paper cards
- Simple promotions like "buy 10, get the 11th free"
How it works:
- You define how many stamps the card has (for example, 10 stamps)
- Each purchase or visit adds a stamp to the member's card
- When all stamps are collected, the member receives the defined reward
- The card resets automatically to start over
Example: A coffee shop creates an 8-stamp card. With each coffee, the customer gets a stamp. When the card is complete, the ninth coffee is free.
