Create a Campaign

Campaigns are promotional actions with a start and end date that allow you to generate engagement, attract new customers, and reward existing ones. They can include interactive games, points multipliers, and special rewards.

Step by Step

  1. Go to Campaigns in the side menu
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Fill in the basic information:
    • Name: internal name of the campaign (for example, "Black Friday 2026")
    • Public title: the name participants will see
    • Description: explain what the campaign is about and what they can win
    • Cover image: an attractive image representing the campaign

Campaign Type

  1. Select the campaign type:

    • With game: participants play an interactive game (spin the wheel, scratch card, trivia) to win rewards
    • Points multiplier: during the campaign, earned points are multiplied
    • Bonus points: members receive extra points for specific actions
    • Raffle: participants enter a raffle with prizes

Dates and Duration

  1. Set the campaign dates:
    • Start date: when the campaign begins
    • End date: when it ends
    • Time zone: make sure it matches your market's time zone

You can schedule campaigns in advance. They will activate automatically at the configured start date and time.

Interactive Game (if applicable)

  1. If you chose a game campaign, select the game type:

    • Spin the Wheel
    • Scratch Card
    • Trivia

Multiplier (if applicable)

  1. If you chose a points multiplier:
    • Set the multiplication factor (for example, x2, x3, x5)
    • Choose whether it applies to all transactions or only to certain categories

Segmentation and Targeting

  1. Define who can participate:
    • All members: any member of the program
    • By tier: only members at certain tiers (for example, Gold and Platinum only)
    • Custom segment: a group of members selected manually or by criteria

Participation Limits

  1. Set the limits (optional):
    • Participations per member: how many times each member can participate (for example, once per day, 3 times total)
    • Total participations: global limit on campaign participations
    • Rewards budget: limit on rewards to be given out

Landing Page

  1. Configure the campaign landing page:

Activation

  1. Review all settings
  2. Click Save to save as draft, or Activate to publish directly

Once activated, the campaign will be visible to participants. Review the settings carefully before activating, especially the rewards and probabilities.

Campaign Tracking

Once active, you can track progress in real time:

  1. Go to Campaigns and select the campaign
  2. In the Results tab you will see:
    • Number of participations
    • Rewards delivered
    • Unique participants
    • Conversion rate
