Create your account and first login
In this guide we explain how to create your IncentIA account, log in for the first time, and familiarize yourself with the admin panel.
Account Registration
- Go to the IncentIA registration page
- Fill in the form with your company details:
- Company name: the name that will identify your account (tenant)
- Administrator name: your first and last name
- Email: the main administrator's email address
- Password: choose a secure password
- Click Create Account
- Check your inbox and confirm your email by clicking the verification link
Each account (tenant) is an independent space. If you manage multiple brands, you can create a tenant for each one.
Log In
- Go to the IncentIA login page
- Enter your tenant name (the company name you chose when registering)
- Enter your email and password
- Click Log In
If you are the main administrator (host) and need to manage all tenants, leave the tenant field empty when logging in.
Admin Panel Overview
When you log in for the first time, you will see the main dashboard. From here you can access all sections of the platform:
Side Menu
The left-side menu gives you quick access to the main sections:
- Dashboard: overview with key metrics for your program
- Programs: configuration of your loyalty programs
- Members: list and management of registered members
- Campaigns: creation and tracking of campaigns and games
- Rewards: catalog of available rewards
- Transactions: history of points movements
- Integrations: connections with external services
- Settings: general settings for your account
Top Bar
At the top you will find:
- Notifications: system alerts and notices
- Your profile: access to your user settings
- Language: interface language selector
Recommended Initial Settings
Before launching your program, we recommend configuring the basics:
- Go to Settings > Company Details
- Upload your logo and set up your brand colors
- Review the time zone and default language
- In Settings > Users, invite other team members if needed
The first registered user has full administrator permissions. If you invite other users, make sure to assign them the appropriate role based on their responsibilities.
Your account is ready. Now it is time to create your first loyalty program.
