Partner Portal: How to Access

The partner portal is designed for integrators, agencies, and distributors who manage multiple client accounts on IncentIA. From the portal you can view metrics, manage tenants, and monitor your clients' activity.

What is a Partner​

A partner is a company or professional who:

  • Resells or distributes IncentIA to their own clients
  • Manages loyalty programs on behalf of third parties
  • Has access to a special panel to oversee multiple accounts (tenants)

Access the Partner Portal​

With an Access Key (API key)​

  1. Go to the partner portal URL provided by IncentIA
  2. Enter your access key (API key)
  3. Click Access
  4. You will be redirected to the partner dashboard

Your access key is unique and confidential. It is provided by the IncentIA team when you are registered as a partner.

With User Credentials​

Alternatively, if you have an associated user account:

  1. Go to the partner portal URL
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Log In

First Time on the Portal​

When accessing for the first time, we recommend:

  1. Review your details: go to My Profile and verify that your company information is correct
  2. Explore the dashboard: familiarize yourself with the available metrics and information
  3. Check your tenants: review the list of client accounts assigned to your partner account

Access Key Security​

Your access key is the gateway to all your clients' information. Treat this key with the utmost security:

  • Do not share it with unauthorized people
  • Do not include it in unprotected emails or documents
  • If you suspect it has been compromised, request revocation and generation of a new key from the IncentIA team

If you lose your access key or believe it has been compromised, contact the IncentIA support team immediately so they can revoke it and provide you with a new one.

Roles Within the Partner Portal​

Depending on your access level, you may have different permissions:

  • Partner administrator: full access to all tenants, metrics, and settings
  • Partner operator: read access to metrics and tenant data, without the ability to modify settings
  • Partner viewer: limited access to general metrics only
