Partner Dashboard

The partner dashboard gives you a global view of all your clients (tenants) and their loyalty programs. From here you can monitor activity, check key metrics, and access the details of each account.

Overview

When entering the partner portal, the main dashboard shows:

Global Metrics

  • Active tenants: total number of active client accounts
  • Total members: sum of all registered members across your tenants
  • Monthly transactions: number of transactions processed in the current month
  • Points issued: total points awarded in the selected period

Trend Charts

  • Member growth: growth of the member base over time
  • Transaction activity: transaction volume by day, week, or month
  • Active campaigns: number of running campaigns per period

Tenant List

In the Tenants section you can see all client accounts assigned to your partner account:

  1. Go to Tenants in the side menu
  2. You will see the list with each tenant's information:
    • Name of the company
    • Status: active, suspended, or on trial
    • Members: number of registered members
    • Program: active program type
    • Last activity: date of the last transaction
  • Use the search field to find a tenant by name
  • Filter by status (active, suspended, on trial)
  • Sort by members, activity, or creation date

Tenant Details

When you click on a tenant, you access their detailed profile:

General Information

  • Company data (name, contact, registration date)
  • Contracted plan and subscription status
  • Custom domain (if applicable)

Tenant Metrics

  • Registered members: total and trends
  • Active members: members who have performed an action in the last 30 days
  • Transactions: volume and trends
  • Points issued vs redeemed: points balance
  • Campaigns: number of campaigns launched and participations

Loyalty Program

  • Program type: points, cashback, or stamps
  • Earning rules: summary of configured rules
  • Tiers: tier structure and member distribution
  • Rewards catalog: number of active rewards

Campaigns

  • List of active and historical campaigns
  • Participation metrics per campaign
  • Rewards delivered

Tenant Comparison

The dashboard allows you to compare your clients' performance:

  1. Go to Analytics > Comparison
  2. Select the tenants you want to compare (up to 5)
  3. Choose the comparison metrics:
    • Member growth
    • Activity rate
    • Transaction volume
    • Points redemption ratio
  4. View the results in comparative charts

The comparison helps you identify which clients need more attention and which best practices you can recommend.

Export Data

You can export dashboard metrics and data:

  1. In any section, look for the Export button
  2. Choose the format: CSV or PDF
  3. Select the date range
  4. The file will download automatically

Partner Notifications

The portal sends you notifications about important events:

  • A tenant has exceeded a member threshold
  • A tenant has been inactive for X days
  • An error occurred in a tenant's integration
  • A tenant has cancelled or renewed their subscription

To configure notifications:

  1. Go to My Profile > Notifications
  2. Enable or disable the notifications you want to receive
  3. Choose the notification channel (email, portal)
  4. Click Save
tip

Set up inactivity alerts to detect tenants that need proactive support. Early follow-up can prevent cancellations.
