Create your first loyalty program

In just a few minutes you can have your loyalty program set up and ready to welcome members. Follow these steps to create one from scratch.

Step by Step

  1. In the side menu, click Programs
  2. Click the Create Program button
  3. Fill in the basic information:
    • Program name: the name your customers will see (for example, "MyBrand Rewards Club")
    • Description: a brief explanation of the program for your members
    • Program type: choose between Points, Cashback, or Stamps (see the program types guide if you are unsure)
  4. Set up the program currency:
    • Currency name: what you want to call your points (points, stars, coins, etc.)
    • Symbol or icon: optional, to customize the visual experience
  5. Define the basic earning rule:
    • Conversion ratio: how many points are awarded per euro spent (for example, 1 point per euro)
    • You can add more rules later in the earning rules section
  6. Set the points validity (optional):
    • No expiration: points never expire
    • Fixed expiration: points expire after a set period (for example, 12 months)
  7. Click Save
tip

Do not worry about making it perfect from the start. You can modify all these settings at any time.

  2. Review that all settings are correct
  3. Click Activate Program
  4. Confirm the activation

Once activated, some basic parameters (such as the program type) cannot be changed. Make sure the configuration is correct before activating.

What to Do Next

With your program active, here are the recommended next steps:

  • Add rewards to the rewards catalog so your members have clear incentives
  • Set up tiers (levels) to reward the loyalty of your best customers: tiers guide
  • Invite your first members to join the program: invitation guide
  • Create your first campaign to generate engagement from day one: campaigns guide

Remember

A good loyalty program starts simple and grows over time. Launch with the basics, observe how your customers react, and add features gradually.
