IncentIA connects with the tools you already use so your loyalty program works automatically and seamlessly. From your eCommerce to your messaging system, payment gateways, and ticket scanning.

Available Integrations​

eCommerce​

Connect your online store so purchases automatically generate points:

  • Shopify: native integration via webhook
  • WooCommerce: dedicated plugin for WordPress

When a customer buys from your online store, points are accumulated without manual intervention.

Payments​

Manage subscriptions and premium memberships with an integrated payment gateway:

  • Stripe: for recurring charges and one-time payments

Communicate with your members through multiple channels:

  • SMS: traditional text messages
  • WhatsApp: messages through WhatsApp Business
  • Telegram: notifications via Telegram bot
  • Push: browser push notifications

OCR (ticket scanning)​

Allows members to scan their purchase receipts to validate transactions:

  • Automatic optical character recognition (OCR)
  • Manual validation as a fallback

How Integrations Work​

All integrations follow a similar pattern:

  1. Activate the integration from Settings > Integrations
  2. Connect your external service following the instructions for each integration
  3. Configure the synchronization rules (what data is shared and when)
  4. Verify that the connection works correctly with a test

Integration Status​

In the integrations panel you can see the status of each one:

  • Active: working correctly
  • Inactive: configured but temporarily disabled
  • Error: there is a connection issue that needs attention
  • Not configured: the connection has not been set up yet

Each integration has its own status page where you can see recent events, errors, and usage statistics.

Security​

Integrations use standard security mechanisms:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • Authentication tokens with limited permissions
  • Ability to revoke access at any time
  • Full activity logging for auditing

Never share your integration credentials with unauthorized people. If you suspect a credential has been compromised, revoke it immediately from the integrations panel and generate a new one.
