Campaign Landing Pages

Each campaign can have its own personalized landing page: a web page where participants go to play, register, or take part in the promotion. It is the first impression your customers receive, so it is worth giving it attention.

Landing Page Elements

Slug (custom URL)

Each landing page has a unique URL that you can customize:

  1. In the campaign settings, go to the Landing Page section
  2. Define the URL slug (for example, "blackfriday2026")
  3. The resulting URL will be something like: yourdomain.incentia.app/c/blackfriday2026
tip

Choose short slugs that are easy to remember and type. Avoid special characters, accents, or spaces.

Hero Image

The main image of the landing page. It appears at the top and is the first thing visitors see.

  1. Click Hero Image
  2. Upload a high-quality image (recommended: 1920x600 pixels)
  3. Adjust the framing if needed

Text

Customize the main text on the page:

  • Title: the campaign headline (for example, "Spin the wheel and win incredible prizes!")
  • Subtitle: a supporting line (for example, "Participate now and take home your gift")
  • Description: explanatory text with the rules or promotion details
  • Legal text: participation conditions, if applicable

Call-to-Action Button (CTA)

The main button inviting participation:

  1. Set the button text (for example, "Participate now", "Spin the wheel", "Play")
  2. Choose the button color to make it stand out against the background
  3. The button will direct to the game or registration form, depending on the campaign settings

Brand Customization

Colors

  1. In the Design section, set the landing page colors:
    • Primary color: used for the CTA button and highlighted elements
    • Background color: the page background
    • Text color: the main text color
  1. Upload your logo to display it in the landing page header
  2. Adjust the size if needed

Background

You can choose between:

  • Solid color: a flat background color
  • Background image: an image covering the entire page
  • Gradient: a transition between two colors

  1. Enable the Landing Registration option
  2. Choose the fields you want to request:
    • Name (required)
    • Email (required)
    • Phone (optional)
    • Custom fields (for example, city, age)
  3. Enable the terms acceptance checkbox if needed
  4. New registrants will be automatically added as members of your program
