Member Portal
The member portal is the digital experience your customers enjoy. It is a branded website where members can check their balance, play games, redeem rewards, and manage their account. Everything is accessible from mobile.
What Members See
Main Dashboard
When logging in, the member sees their personal panel with:
- Points balance: how many points they have available
- Current tier: their tier (level) with the progress bar toward the next one
- Recent activity: the latest transactions and points movements
- Active campaigns: games and promotions currently available
- Stamps: progress on their stamp cards, if any
Rewards Section
The member can browse the rewards catalog available to them:
- All rewards with image, description, and points cost
- Filtering by category or reward type
- Indicator showing whether they have enough points to redeem
- Exclusive rewards for their tier, if any
Games and Campaigns
Members access active campaigns directly from their portal:
- List of campaigns they can participate in
- Direct access to the game (spin the wheel, scratch card, trivia)
- History of participations and prizes won
Coupons
Coupons won in games or redeemed with points appear in a dedicated section:
- Active coupons: ready to use
- Used coupons: history of already redeemed coupons
- Expired coupons: those that can no longer be used
- Coupon code or QR to present in store
Stamp Cards
If you have active stamp programs, the member sees:
- Their cards with the stamps collected
- How many stamps they need to complete the card
- The reward they will get upon completion
- History of completed cards
Transaction History
A complete record of all movements:
- Points earned (purchases, actions, campaigns)
- Points redeemed (rewards)
- Date and details of each movement
Member Profile
The member can manage their personal data:
- Name, email, phone
- Profile photo
- Communication preferences (email, SMS, push)
- Password change
Portal Customization
As an administrator, you can customize the portal's appearance to reflect your brand:
- Go to Settings > Member Portal
- Customize:
- Logo: your logo will appear in the header
- Colors: primary, secondary, and background colors
- Background image: optional, for the login screen
- Click Save
The portal automatically adapts to the device's screen. Your customers will have an optimized experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop alike.
Portal Access
Members access the portal in several ways:
- Direct URL: each tenant has its own member portal URL
- In-store QR: by scanning a QR code placed at your establishment
- Link in communications: from your emails, SMS, or messages
