Paid memberships
Define your programme's paid plans. Menu: Rewards › Paid Memberships.

How payment works
Members sign up to the plan with Stripe Checkout. Stripe is configured once for the whole platform (key and webhook on the server), not on a screen of your account. If it isn't configured, payment fails with "Stripe not configured".
A member with a live subscription (active or with a pending payment) can't sign up to another in parallel. If Stripe cancels the subscription, the member loses the plan's benefits.

Funds go to the platform's Stripe account. Check with your IncentIA contact how they are settled.
