Digital Stamp Cards

Stamp cards are the digital version of the classic paper cards like "buy 10, get 1 free." They are ideal for frequent-visit businesses such as coffee shops, restaurants, hair salons, or neighborhood stores.

How They Work

1. You create a card with a set number of stamps (for example, 8)
2. Each time the member makes a purchase or visit, they receive a stamp
3. When they collect all stamps, they get the defined reward
4. The card resets automatically and the member can start collecting again

Create a Stamp Card

1. Go to Programs in the side menu
2. Click Create Program and select the Stamps type
3. Configure the card:
   • Name: the name visible to members (for example, "Coffee Card")
   • Description: explain the mechanics to your customers
   • Number of stamps: how many stamps the member needs to complete the card (for example, 8)
   • Stamp image: customize the icon members will see as they progress through the card
   • Background image: optional, to customize the visual appearance
4. Define the completion reward:
   • Reward name: what the member receives (for example, "Free coffee")
   • Reward description: additional details
5. Click Save

Choose a number of stamps that is achievable but encourages repeat visits. Between 6 and 10 stamps tends to work well for most businesses.

How Members Earn Stamps

Members can receive stamps in several ways:

In-Store QR Scan

1. Place a QR code at your point of sale
2. The member scans the QR with their phone
3. A stamp is added to their card automatically

Staff Validation

1. The member shows their digital card on their phone
2. The employee accesses the panel and searches for the member
3. They click Add Stamp on the member's card

Automatic with Purchase

If you have integrated your sales system, the stamp is added automatically with each purchase that meets the conditions.

The Member Experience

From the member portal, your customers can:

• See their card with the stamps collected and those remaining
• Receive a notification each time they get a new stamp
• See a celebration animation when completing the card
• Redeem the reward directly from their phone
• View the history of completed cards

Advanced Settings

Multiple Cards

You can create several stamp cards for different products or promotions:

• "Coffee Card" (8 stamps) - free coffee
• "Lunch Card" (5 stamps) - free dessert
• "Premium Card" (12 stamps) - special experience

Daily Stamp Limit

To prevent abuse, you can limit how many stamps a member can earn in a single day:

1. Edit the stamp card
2. In Restrictions, set the maximum stamps per day
3. Click Save

Expiration Date

You can set the card to expire if not completed within a period:

1. Edit the stamp card
2. Enable Expiration and set the timeframe (for example, 90 days from the first stamp)
3. Click Save

If you enable expiration, make sure to communicate it clearly to your members. You can set up an automatic reminder a few days before the card expires.
