Rewards Catalog

The rewards catalog is where you define the rewards your members can obtain by redeeming their points. A good catalog, with varied and attractive options, is key to keeping your customers motivated.

Types of Rewards

Physical Rewards

Tangible products that are shipped to the member or picked up in store.

Examples: merchandise, brand products, exclusive gifts, premium samples.

Digital Rewards

Rewards delivered immediately and electronically.

Examples: discount codes, gift vouchers, access to exclusive content, subscriptions.

Experiences

Rewards based on unique experiences or special services.

Examples: VIP event invitations, personalized sessions, exclusive dinners, factory visits.

Create a Reward

  1. Go to Rewards in the side menu
  2. Click Create Reward
  3. Fill in the reward information:
    • Name: the name members will see (for example, "10 Euro Voucher")
    • Description: explain what the reward consists of and how to redeem it
    • Image: upload an attractive photo of the reward
    • Type: select Physical, Digital, or Experience
    • Points cost: how many points the member needs to redeem it
  4. Click Save

Use high-quality images and clear descriptions. A visually appealing catalog significantly increases the redemption rate.

Stock Management

For rewards with limited availability, you can manage stock directly from the platform:

  1. When creating or editing a reward, enable the Stock Control option
  2. Enter the available quantity
  3. Click Save

The system automatically:

  • Displays the remaining availability to members
  • Prevents redemption when stock reaches zero
  • Sends you a notification when stock is low

To update stock:

  1. Go to Rewards and select the reward
  2. Modify the available quantity
  3. Click Save

If a reward runs out of stock, members will see it as sold out in the catalog. Plan replenishment to avoid frustration.

Advanced Settings

Availability by Tier

You can make certain rewards available only to members at higher tiers:

  1. Edit the reward
  2. In the Restrictions section, select the tiers that can access this reward
  3. Click Save

Example: A "VIP Pack" available only to Gold and Platinum tier members.

Redemption Limit

Control how many times a member can redeem the same reward:

  1. Edit the reward
  2. In Restrictions, define the redemption limit per member (for example, once per month)
  3. Click Save

Validity Period

You can make a reward available only during a specific period:

  1. Edit the reward
  2. Set the start date and end date of availability
  3. Click Save

Outside that period, the reward will not appear in the catalog.

Redemption Management

When a member redeems a reward, you can view and manage all redemptions:

  1. Go to Rewards > Redemptions
  2. You will see the list of all redemptions with their status:
    • Pending: the member has requested the redemption
    • Confirmed: the redemption has been processed
    • Delivered: the reward has been delivered to the member
    • Cancelled: the redemption was cancelled and points returned
  3. To change the status, click on the redemption and select the corresponding action

For digital rewards, redemption can be automatic: the member receives the code or voucher instantly. For physical rewards, you will need to manage shipping manually or through your logistics.

Tips for a Great Catalog

  • Price variety: offer rewards ranging from few points (easy to achieve) to aspirational rewards (that motivate continued earning)
  • Refresh periodically: add new rewards and remove those that do not generate interest
  • Exclusive rewards: reserve some rewards for higher tiers, creating an incentive to level up
  • Seasonality: adapt the catalog to seasons and special dates
